created by Dale Drevniok, C.E.T. in 2001 within a group of familly

companies within the familly group, which included Frecon

his own company which Dalcon Enterprises Inc was the result.
Dale has extensive experience in General
contracting as an owner and as a project manager. Dale has
successfully completed new building construction projects and
renovations projects both in excess of twenty million dollars in
construction value.
Some of the
more notable projects would include the construction of the CHUM
multimedia center in downtown Ottawa which currently houses the

Horse Exerciser as well as the Speaker's Corner on George
street.
Dalcon has also
constructed the pilot project for the light rail which tested the
feasibility of the current light rail expansion. This project
included the four stations south of the downtown core. These
stations are located at Carleton University, Confederation, Carling
and at the South Keys shopping center. The station at South Keys
also included a pedestrian bridge that was required to span over the
existing transit way.
